Escape Route

This artwork portrays the need to disappear from a chaotic and embarrassing situation that occurred in a moment of reflection and sadness. A wake and a man lost and incapable in the face of his dissatisfactions: he had an attack of talking, talking and talking, an uncontrolled madness where I only thought of running away, running away, running away …

I was so suffocated, distressed that I decided to create a work “Escape Route” that intends to be fun, because everything I do is more fun than sad or somber! The “Escape Route” is a gush of freedom to be able to draw this essential will: to disappear from a situation that we cannot be disappeared.

Like all of my works in this series, by far, an almost abstract artwork. Up close, a profusion of small worlds that you discover over the time.

Rota de Fuga

A necessidade de sumir de uma situação caótica e embaraçosa ocorrida num momento de reflexão e tristeza.

Um velório e um homem perdido e incapaz frente às suas inúmeras insatisfações, tem um ataque de falar, falar e falar, uma loucura não controlada onde eu só pensava em fugir, fugir, fugir… Daí criei a Rota de Fuga, um jorro de liberdade de poder desenhar esta vontade essencial: sumir de uma situação que não se pode sumir.
